6' White Standard Mount Cord with Switch

I purchased 4 of the 6' White Standard Mount Cord with Switch. The picture of the item shows the cord with the bulb attached. I even checked the description of the item and no where did it say that the bulbs were sold separately. Therefore I "assumed" that the bulbs would be included. Much to my surprise when I received the items the bulbs were NOT included. I would not have a problem with purchasing the bulbs had the description of the item said, "BULBS NOT INCLUDED!" I was already paying $7.50 shipping so adding the bulbs would have made sense. Needless to say, I purchased the bulbs at a local Walmart so I wouldn't have to pay additional shipping. As for the quality of the item, I would rate them a 5.
