Description
The Wheel Construction Plan can be used for horse drawn toys or toy vehicles.This instruction chart describes a well-proven method, which requires no special skill or facilities. Once the jigs have been made up it only takes two - three hours to make a wheel of accurate scale appearance. Wheels are dished but can be made straight.
