Good Oak Plywood Panel
The panel cuts, sands, and stains very well. I use this plywood as my seat in the Potty/Rocking Chair after the potty chair is converted into a rocker.

Ordered 4 pieces. Two had significant defects on one side, and two others badly warped. I attempted to flatten with limited success. Warping is not a big issue if you're attaching to a firm base, but I was trying to use for ceiling fan blades. Oh well...
