Stubai 12" Adze
The Stubai 12" Adze is a good tool for roughing out a carving on a smaller scale. The gouge end is 1" wide. The flat hatchet-like end is approximately 2" wide. Like all of Stubai's tools, it is made with the finest Austrian steel. If you are into very large sculptures, stick with the 16" Stubai adze (#120054). For smaller work, this is the one you need.
