Description
The 16" Stubai adze is a very heavy-duty tool for wasting away a large quantity of wood; a great tool for bowl making. The gouge end is very close to a #7 sweep and is approx. 3" wide (65mm). The flat hatchet-like end is approx.3" wide also. Like all of Stubai's tools, it is made with the finest Austrian steel.
The handle is made out of hickory.
The head is weighted for precise and controlled cuts.
