Our Garden Cart With Base Scroll is big enough to display bushels of flowers! Compared to some garden carts that only hold couple of plants this one you can make quite the arrangement! We made our Garden Cart With Base Scroll with #2 pine but you can use any wood of your choice. The wheels required for this plan are  30" wagon wheels. The instructions for making these wheels are not included with the plan. The decorative brackets should be available at your local hardware store.
