I Love You Whirligig Hardware Kit
The I Love You Whirligig Hardware Kit will simplify making the I Love You Whirligig. Start with a copy of the plan that is sold separately, and select the wood of your choice. We recommend an outdoor friendly wood or marine grade plywood.
Use the I Love You Whirligig Hardware Kit to help you finish the project. You'll also need plywood for the whirligig blades. Our plans are designed to use 5/32" marine grade plywood. This is our #7002 Birch plywood. We sell it as 1/8" but it is closer to 5/32". Most other 1/8" plywoods will be slightly under 1/8" thickness.
The I Love You Whirligig Hardware Kit includes:
- 4 Blade Propellor Hub.
- Brass Drive Shaft Wire.
- Brass Piston Wire.
- Stainless Steel Pivot Nail.
- Brass Pivot Tube.
- Brass Screw Eyes.
- Brass Nuts & Washers.
- Brass Pivot Bearing.
- Brass Screws.
- Stainless Steel Nails.
You'll also need some paint to finish your whirligigs. A I Love You DIY Whirligig Kit is also available if you prefer not to cut things out yourself.

.can me e be together alright. However, had to trouble bending the rod going to the man's back. I bent it ok but had trouble with alignment.
