Kutzall  Fine 1/4 x 1 1/2 Taper Burr

The Kutzall Fine 1/4" Taper burr is part of the original Kutzall burr line.  These carbide burrs are made for fast removal of stock with a precision not available in other burrs making them an invaluable resource for carving.  The Kutzall Fine 1/4" Taper Burr is not prone to loading but if it does a little, clean up is easy.  Use solvents, a sonic cleaner, or burn the carbide burr clean with a gas torch.  The heat will not affect the carbide.

The Kutzall Fine 1/4" taper burr is great for making concave surface and hollowing out areas. It can easily produce a flat surface or can be used to quickly round over the edges on the flat surface.  It will also produce grooves with a radius bottom.
