Carving Whale with R'eal Cloutier researched specialized books to determine their measurements, and define the anatomic features. There are no identical whales of the same species. He will provide plans that show male individual of medium size, and females which are habitually larger. All plans were drawn using feet and inches, but equivalent measurements using the metric system.  R'eal indicated small scale conversions at the bottom of the pages.You will learn every step necessary to carve two  wooden large whales, the Sperm Whale , and the Fin Whale.There are 120 photographs with detailed carving and painting instructions. They are designed to place details of the large whale anatomy proportions in each project. You will find different scales and drawings of the pectoral, back, and caudal fins, and special detail to blowholes, and eyes. For every whale there is a page representing species, characteristics, and compositions of colors.
