Birch Dowels
Birch dowels are 36" long. Choose from a variety of sizes of birch dowel rods from 1/8" to 1 3/8" in diameter.
Our birch dowels are made from Birch trees cut here in the US. The logs are cut and then kiln dried to the perfect moisture content. Between 6 & 8%. Once the lumber is dry, the dowels are milled from the lumber and then each dowel is sent through a sanding process to give it a nice finish.
Birch Dowels have great qualities and are primarily for indoor use. They are super strong and can be used for making wood toys, furniture and other woodworking projects.
Dowels must be shipped Priority Mail or UPS because they are 36" long.

Great Quality and Price Point
I purchased fifty 5/8 x 36” birch dowels. They shipped fast and arrived well packaged. All the dowels were sanded very smooth, and of the fifty only a few had a slight crook. The diameter tolerance was very good, fine for my production project. The best part was an excellent price point - Thank you Cherry Tree Toys.
