High Torque Clock Movement

Our high torque clock movements are made in the USA!  They are some of the strongest movements available and were specifically designed for those large clock projects.  

One of the unique traits of these high torque clock movements is the space provided between the hour and minute hand.  They have been designed to have a little more space to keep those larger and thicker hands separated to prevent binding in anyway on your clock.  Our regular clock hour and minute hands fit these high torque clock movements as well as the high torque hands.

High Torque Clock Movement variations:

You can choose from 4 different styles, two regular high torque clock movements and one pendulum high toque clock movement.  Here are the differences.

High Torque Clock Movements:

• Dimensions are 2 1/4" x x 3 1/8" h x 1" d
• 7/16" diameter shaft
• Shaft lengths are 7/16" long which will fit a clock with a dial and case thickness up to 3/8" and 11/16" long which will fit a clock with a dial and case thickness up to 5/8".
• Accepts both regular & high torque hands
• Takes 1 "C" battery (not included)

• High Torque Clock Movement with Continuous Sweep

  • Dimensions are 2 1/4" x x 3 1/8" h x 1" d
  • 7/16" diameter shaft
  • Shaft lengths are 7/16" long which will fit a clock with a dial and case thickness up to 3/8" and 11/16" long which will fit a clock with a dial and case thickness up to 5/8".
  • Accepts both regular & high torque hands
  • Takes 1 "C" battery (not included)
  • Designed for balanced second hands which means you can use a 10" second with extreme accuracy on this movement.  Great for pace clocks!

High Torque Pendulum Clock Movement:

• Dimensions are 3" w x 3 1/2" h x 1" d
• 7/16" diameter shaft 
• Shaft length is 7/16" long which will fit a clock with a dial and case thickness up to 3/8"
• Takes 1 "C" battery (not included)

All the high torque pendulum clock movements come with hardware. Hands are not included. The pendulum and bob are included on the pendulum's high torque movement only.
