Blue Bird Frame Pattern

It takes a few specialized , but easy, techniques to make frames for photographs, mirrors, wall hangings, and silhouettes with just a scroll saw.  Most scroll sawn projects are built with thin materials, one or more overlays are used to form the recess or rabbeted lip openings that hold the phothograph, mirror, and the backing.
