Tool Maintenance

Keep in mind that the ideal angle for sharpening your gouge is 15°, which is typically the same angle it's pre-sharpened at. With these tips in mind, you'll be able to keep your carving tools in top condition and enjoy a smoother, more efficient carving experience.

To keep this knife in razor sharp condition, strop on a regular basis.  We recommend polishing compound and a strop.
