The Kutzall 1/4" Extreme Ball Nose burr is part of the original Kutzall burr line. The Kutzall Extreme 1/4" Ball Nose Bur has razor sharp tungsten carbide teeth that will hog a lot of material while keeping a precise path.    The Kutzall 1/4" Extreme Ball Nose Burr is not prone to loading but if it does a little, clean up is easy.  Use solvents, a sonic cleaner or burn the burr clean with a gas torch.  The heat will not affect the carbide.

The Kutzall 1/4" extreme ball nose burr is great for making concave surface and hollowing out areas. It can easily produce a flat surface or can be used to quickly round over the edges on the flat surface.  It will also produce grooves with a radius bottom.
