OCCT grinds all their gouges with a very shallow bevel. This enables you to slice through the wood with very little effort. If you strop your tools often, you should not have to sharpen them for quite awhile. Hand crafted Made from 01 tool steel RC-59 (Rockwell) Durable and holds a great edge Pre-sharpened and ready to use.
