'86 Pedal Eagle Woodworking Plan
The '86 Pedal Eagle Woodworking Plan has proven to be one of the most popular models. The classic bi-plane design with a four color decal set gives it a universal eye appeal. The wheels and paints are fabricated from 3/4” pine which is glued and sanded to shape. The fuselage and wings are built from 3/8” plywood. The adjustable pedal crank assembly provides two positions allowing for a growing pilot. Steering is done from a joystick that is linked to a tail wheel assembly. An aircraft instrument decal installed on the panel gives the Pedal Eagle a finishing touch. This pedal plane is very similar to the Pedal Pitts.
This project gives your 3 to 7 year old child a great start in aviation.
A Plan set with step by step instructions is available. They include full size patterns for all wood, sheetmetal parts, and dimension drawings for the steel fabricated parts.
All plans are non-refundable.
