Carve a Blue Jay perching and one landing with head in a froward position using the Stiller Blue Jay Perching/Landing Carving Pattern. The pattern features detailed views of the Blue Jay. Use the side view and top view to cut out your Blue Jay, then start carving with the details that are included in this pattern. The Blue Jay Perching/Landing Carving Pattern includes a side view, top view, a detail of the foot, a view from the front and detail of the head. Each view shows the feathering and details that you will need to finish your Blue Jay.

Materials suggested to carve the full size Perching Blue Jay:
- 4" x 8" x 11" block of wood.
- 7-8 mm Brown Eye's.
- We do carry Delise replica cast feet for this Stiller pattern if you don't want to carve them.
- We offer a basswood cutout for this pattern. Please refer to item CO-603.
- There is also a Blue Jay Study Cast available to help you complete your chickadee as a reference.

- One - 4" x 8" x 11" block of wood for the head and body.
- Two- 2" x 6" x 8" blocks of wood for the wings.
- 7-8 mm Brown Eye's.
