 The 1/2 size Stiller carving pattern is in black and white and does show the feather detail, details for the head and an exploded view of the bill, feet, front, top, and side view.    The 1/2 size Green Head Mallard in the standing position stands about 5" high and is about 2" wide and is about 7" long.  To carve the full size Mallard you will need:  

• 4-5mm Dark brown eyes.
  
• Use the color pattern as a reference for your carving.
