Use the Kutzall Fine 1/8" Ball Nose Burr for fast stock removal and when you want an outstanding finish from a small burr.  The original line of Kutzall burrs cut fast, clean up easy and are great or getting into small places.  To clean the Kutzal ball nose burr, use solvents in a sonic cleaner are best or burn them clean with a gas torch.  The heat will not harm the teeth.

The Kutzall Fine 1/8" Ball nose burr is great for producing flat surfaces or rounding over the edges of a piece.  You can make concave surfaces and hollow them out using the ball end of the burr.  You can even produce grooves that have a radius bottom, like in fluting.
