Saburrtooth Burrs on not for use on metal or ceramics.  They are a made of sharp carbide cutting teeth, with a technology that resists loading so they have a very long life if they are take care of properly.  The teeth are very strong, but if they are dropped the teeth can break.  Clean using a brass brush.
