Ted the Turtle Woodworking Plan
This plan is missing two key ingredients; the size of the wheels intended and the dimenstions for the cam. I'm sure the intent is for you to buy the associated hardware kit, but I can't work like that. I outfitted this with 2 1/2" wheels, and made a cam wheel that is 1 1/4" in diameter and the hole is 9/32" off-center to give the most "bobble" without hitting the ground. In case you want to make your own as well.
