Toy and Wood Oil Quart

I purchased this product for the first time a few months back, and purchased another with my latest order. I make a lot of toys, including small animals cut with a scroll saw, and use to leave them unfinished. I found polyurethane to be a pain on small items. This brushes on easily with a form brush, although a soft cloth would work well too. The oil dries quickly on most woods, but takes longer on others, like oak.

I tried this wood oil for this first time recently, and was very pleased with its performance. It goes on easily with a brush or cloth and soaks into the wood quickly, so that you can either add a second coat or leave the product finished with one coat. It does NOT have an unpleasant odor like so many finishes do, making it a great product to use in an enclosed space. I also feel much better using this finish on children's toys than I do most other finishes.
