Use your imagination and carve a special piece from this basswood turning.  This turning was used in Tina Toney's book Creative Christmas Carvings.  Unfortunately the book is out-of-print with no word whether it will be re-printed.

Imagine the neat things you can do with it.  Gnomes come to mind!
