Carbon steel however is not rust proof which will dull your blades prematurely.  The Camillia Oil is a Japanese oil used to keep carbon steel blades and tools from rusting, drying, or gumming up. Simply apply the Camillia Oil spray alight coated on your tool and buff. Comes in a n 8 oz. spray bottle.
