The Kutzall Extreme 1 1/2" Ball Nose burr is great for hogging out areas quickly with ultimate precision.  The razor sharp teeth on the Kutzall Extreme burrs make little work of what you need to do.    The Kutzall Extreme 1 1/2" Ball Nose Burr is not prone to loading but if it does a little, clean up is easy.  Use solvents, a sonic cleaner or burn the burr clean with a gas torch.  The heat will not affect the carbide.

The Kutzall Extreme 1 1/2" ball nose burr is great for making concave surface and hollowing out areas. It can easily produce a flat surface or can be used to quickly round over the edges on the flat surface.  It will also produce grooves with a radius bottom.
